Carrie Ann Kilby (Florida) is a lifelong stage performer and seasoned professional in the arts. From singing a hit song in the 1990s and leading 12-piece orchestras in Manhattan to performing backup vocals for several popular artists, Carrie’s career has been defined by her talent, versatility, and love for music.
Together with her husband and partner, Chief Stephen Kilby, she founded RockStar 101, a program born from her recognition of the need for opportunities that empower children to perform, express themselves, and build confidence on stage. Carrie saw firsthand how powerful it is when children face their fears, command attention, and discover their inner strength through performance.
Since its launch in the spring of 2013, RockStar 101 has continued to grow and inspire. Affectionately known as the “Mother of RockStars,” Carrie is proud to have spent nearly two decades helping children find their voices, embrace their individuality, and shine in the spotlight.
